2.2 Creation of Signs
When creating bespoke signs, we store the content you add to the product, along with any additional information required to process your order. We never share sign information with other customers or with third parties for marketing purposes.
2.3 Payment Management
You can pay securely using card payments. Payments are processed through WooCommerce using secure encryption provided by Stripe and in accordance with strict banking standards.
Depending on the payment provider, we may gain access to the following information:
- Cardholder name
- Card type
- Last four digits of the card number
- Payment IP address
We do not have access to full card details. We only receive the information required to handle refunds, investigate payment issues, and complete your order. Only authorised staff involved in these tasks can access payment-related information.

For other direct payment methods, we may process additional information such as email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, and name, depending on the requirements of the payment method.
Invoice payments involve handling personal data for accounting purposes, in accordance with the Accounting Act. This information is retained for the current tax year plus seven years.

We do not currently operate a newsletter.

These logs are used primarily to identify and resolve errors. Only our developers have access to this information. Log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.
No plain text passwords or sensitive payment information are stored in logs.
